Mobil Super 3000 XE 5w-30 is highly recommended by ExxonMobil for use in Mercedes-Benz vehicles requiring oil to the MB 229.31, 229.51, or 229.52 specifications, BMW vehicles requiring oil to the Longlife Oil 04, and Volkswagen drivers require oil to VW 502 00 / 505 00 specifications.
Mobil Super 3000 XE 5w-30 is also recommended by ExxonMobil for use in Volkswagen turbocharged diesel engines TDI engines with injection nozzles (at 15,000km or interval of change = once a year) that require oil to VW specification 505 01 as well as also in turbocharged diesel engines in Ford Galaxy 1.9 l cars, requiring oils to VW specification 505 01 or Ford WSS-M2C917-A.
Mobil Super 3000 XE 5w-30 is dexos2™ approved by General Motors for service that required for service on all new GM/Opel/Vauxhall/Chevrolet diesel and gasoline models from 2010.
GM/Opel has reported that dexos2™ oils can replace oils to earlier GM/Opel specifications (GM-LL-A-025 and GM-LL-B-025). Most GM/Opel/Vauxhall/Chevrolet diesel and petrol vehicles can use oils certified as dexos2™.
